As generally, crawler cranes track deviation is often happen in the working site.For mechanical parts, mainly check two aspects:
a. Two Kobelco BMS1000 tracks shoes are parallel?
b. The center line of Kobelco BMS1000 lower roller, upper roller, sprocket, front idler are overlap?
Either the two aspects has problem, Kobelco BMS1000 crawler crane will appear to track deviation. Please note, it is all track deviation when it goes forward and retreat.
